Shane McGuigan Dot Com Reloaded

I just got back into the UK after a very successful trip to Kenya. I had a wonderful time, and my family is finally reunited after seven years. 

Today I have been to see the Barbie movie, and am currently out shopping for clothes with Aadae in Mombasa. Having the time of my life! 

Eagerly awaiting the results of today's by-elections. Hopefully the tories will get absolutely fucked... 

Had a fun day today. Did some artwork for Mervin, some music with Ray, and a fantastic Kung Fu session with Wayne and Cleve. Currently having beans on toast with Bets. 

 

I suffered a pretty nasty elbow injury about a week and a half ago, but I saw my osteopath, the lovely Luke, yesterday and he says I'm okay to resume some light training. Very much looking forward to tonight's Kung Fu with my brothers, even though I won't be able to go too hard. Had a good demo session in the studio with Ray yesterday, and band practice is on for tomorrow night. Evenings of hanging out with my friends and doing what I love - I'm feeling blessed. 

I can't believe it's 2023 already. Year has gotten off to a good start though, with lots of training done and also plenty of work. Looking forward to resuming out band rehearsals after my next week if leave.
